NOTE-3: The above is the best replacement for 'existing old systems' - as it has low cost lamps, 1.6x zoom and the full 3-year Epson warranty.
(Cheaper options [from $599] exist, however, the cheap Epson and NEC options are 2-year warranty and lower quality, the lamps for the cheap projectors cost a lot more and the lower zoom on cheap projectors may mean you need to move the existing mount, and the cost to move a mount may cost $200~$300+ in labour. - Many IT managers can 'self install' like-for-like systems with 1.6x zoom!
